The stockings arrive in standard plastic packaging with nothing elaborate inside. On first inspection Bonnie notices they look very large out of the packet, which gives her pause about whether the medium size will be right for her, since she usually wears a medium and briefly wonders whether a small might have been the better choice.

Once Bonnie has the stockings on she is pleasantly surprised. Despite looking oversized in the packet they reach the right length, sitting just below the seat when worn with a suspender belt, which is exactly where she wants them to sit. The thigh band holds without looking stretched.

The finish is a notable feature. Bonnie describes the fabric as silky to the touch and remarks on the subtle wrinkling along the leg and foot area, which she identifies as characteristic of the vintage nylon look the product is going for. The reinforced toe is present but unobtrusive, showing as a light line rather than an obvious dark patch.
