Both standing and seated, she found herself repeatedly pulling the tights back up, and when legs are crossed the lower leg causes additional slippage. She states she would not wear them for a full day, putting the comfortable limit at around half a day.
On the positive side, the toe seam caused no irritation at all, even tested with pointed décolleté heels, and the fabric showed no white streaks or density issues despite being a dark, relatively low-denier stocking. The back pattern, particularly over the seat, is described as one of the most elegant Sara has worn on the channel.
Sara’s overall verdict is promoted, with a clear caveat: these tights are best suited to special occasions rather than everyday all-day wear. She suggests they would also make a well-chosen gift.
