These tights arrived via Amazon in a colourful, fully intact package, with the hosiery neatly wrapped around a cardboard insert inside a small plastic sleeve. The back of the packaging carries a standard size chart, and the tights are noted as made in Italy, which immediately set a positive expectation for quality.
On first inspection out of the packaging, the tights are 20 denier and extremely sheer. One detail that stood out straight away is that, unlike many tights in this category, they do not feature the usual opaque brief panel. Instead, a decorative back seam runs the entire length of the leg, from the waistband all the way down, finishing at a very light toe reinforcement at the foot. Martina also noted that even before being put on, the tights already had a noticeably wide, well-shaped form rather than the narrow, pinched look common in packaged hosiery.

Putting the tights on was described as straightforward, with one important caveat: because of the full-length back seam, extra care is needed during dressing to keep the seam centred and running straight down the back of the leg. If not aligned carefully, it can shift out of position. Once correctly placed, however, the fit felt very secure and close, and despite the low denier Martina noted a surprising level of coverage and a strong, resilient feel when the legs were brushed together.
Martina tried the tights with two outfits, both formal and elegant in style. In the first look, paired with a simple fitted dress, a jacket and black court shoes, the back seam added a refined, elongating detail visible from behind. In the second outfit, a dressier occasion-wear dress, the same effect was noted, with Martina commenting that the seam detail makes the tights feel particularly elegant and well suited to ceremonies, evening events or formal dinners.
The overall verdict was very positive. Notwithstanding the very sheer 20-denier weight, the tights feel substantial on the leg, are soft and comfortable, and held up well across both outfits. The back seam requires a little extra attention when dressing, but the result is a polished, distinctive finish. Martina expressed genuine satisfaction with the quality and appearance, concluding that these tights deliver well above what their denier might suggest.
