The Ciao 20 is a 20 denier sheer tight described on the packaging as a stretch, veiled style with a silk effect finish and a reinforced body panel for added durability and a better fit. Honey notes that the seamless construction is a particular plus, since seams can cause discomfort during extended wear.

Before trying them on, Honey examines the tights closely and remarks that despite being 20 denier, and therefore in a category prone to snagging, the fabric feels notably robust. The foot area features a small, slightly darker reinforcing stitch at the toe to help protect against laddering in what she describes as the most vulnerable part of any sheer tight.

Honey is 170 cm tall with muscular legs from dance training and a size 40-41 foot. She opted for a size 4 (L) after finding smaller sizes sit too short on her, giving an uncomfortable low-gusset sensation. The size 4 turned out to be exactly right: not too long, with no pulling at the gusset. She wore the tights for roughly an hour during filming and found them consistently comfortable, with no itching or heat discomfort even though she says she is particularly sensitive to warmth.

The practical test included two outfit pairings: a dress with open-toe heels and a sportier combination with shorts and a bodysuit. She also slid the tights inside a pair of close-fitting boots with no zip or fastening, reporting that the fabric slipped in effortlessly with none of the usual resistance she experiences. One pair from the five arrived with a very minor snag, but no ladder, and she considers this a minor issue given the multi-pack format.
