Black Maquiavelica Fishnet Tights With Fake Suspenders Review | Lu Snowy y Maríne x Es Glamísima!

Watch Lu Snowy and Maríne’s full review of the black Maquiavélica fishnet tights with fake suspenders in the video below. The two collaborators unbox the pair together, break down the construction panel by panel, and then style them across two completely different looks before giving their verdict.

Maquiavélica is an Argentinian brand based in Córdoba, and it is one both girls order from regularly. Their reasoning is consistent: the catalogue is wide, the models are varied, and the quality holds up across the range. This particular pair caught their attention for one reason above all, the bow detail sitting at the top of the thigh, which they both flagged as genuinely original rather than a generic fishnet variation.

The design is built from three distinct zones running down the leg. The upper section uses a tighter, finer fishnet mesh. Below it the mesh opens up into a much larger net, closed off by a horizontal line that mimics a suspender strap, with the bow sitting right on it. From there down the tights turn almost fully opaque, broken up by thin stripes. The bows carry a subtle accent variation between the two pairs on show, which is worth checking before ordering if you want an exact match.

Here is what stood out during the review:

  • Three separate weaves on a single leg, from fine fishnet to large net to near-opaque
  • Fake suspender line with a decorative bow, wearable at the front or at the back
  • One size construction that adapted well to both girls without pulling
  • Flat toe seam with no reinforced toe panel, so open sandals stay an option
  • Comfortable and flexible rather than compressive, with no tight bands at any point
  • Mid-season weight, warm on the lower leg but ventilated through the net sections

Fit was one of the more interesting parts of the conversation. Both girls confirmed the tights are effectively one size and stretch to accommodate most body types without becoming restrictive. LuSnowy also spent time on the toe area, pointing out that Maquiavélica generally keeps the seam minimal and skips the reinforced toe entirely, which is exactly what she wants when pairing tights with sandals. Neither reported discomfort at any stage of the shoot.

The first outfit went full classic: black dresses and heels for both. The choice was deliberate, since a total black base lets the tights do the talking without competing with the rest of the look. They placed it as an evening option, drinks, dinner, or a live gig, and both noted the fishnet plus fake suspender combination also reads well as a costume or cosplay base if you push it further.

The second look moved somewhere else entirely, more urban and more nocturnal. Plaid, lace, a short skirt and a schoolgirl edge, with the layered textures deliberately echoing the three weaves in the tights. It was the look both preferred, and it made the case that these are not locked into formalwear. LuSnowy added that a more monochromatic pairing would have tightened it up even further, keeping the accent colours in the same family.

The verdict was positive with one honest reservation. Marine found the large fishnet panel sits a little loose against the leg and can drift downward over a long wear, which she noticed because she prefers a bit of compression from her tights. LuSnowy did not mind it, arguing the slight slack actually helps keep the bow visible. Both agreed the three-weave combination and the bow detail give the pair a personality that most black fishnets simply do not have, and both liked how the opaque lower section reads almost like an over-the-knee boot.
