They arrived in a sturdy cardboard box with the tights sealed inside a small plastic pouch for protection. Chiara tried them in size S, which corresponds to the first to second size range, in black.

The defining feature of these tights is the floral embroidered band that runs all the way around the thigh on both legs. The pattern is raised and slightly thicker than the rest of the fabric, and when you run a hand over it, you can feel the design in relief. Despite being slightly denser at the thigh, it still has a pleasant feel against the skin and produces what Chiara describes as a gentle massaging sensation on the leg.

At 20 denier, the tights are extremely sheer and lightweight throughout the leg. The yarn is very fine and, in direct sunlight, the fabric becomes quite light and takes on a slight sheen. Chiara notes that these are not an elasticated tight in the conventional sense, which means the fabric is particularly delicate and requires careful handling when putting them on. She used a glove to ease them up the leg without risking a snag.

Key construction details observed during the review include:

She notes a slight slimming and lengthening effect on the leg, and confirms there is no discomfort at the toe seam. The tights feel like a second skin and have a gentle shaping quality across the leg.

Chiara styled the tights with two outfits. The first was an evening look with a light silk mini dress and twelve-centimetre heels. The second was a daytime or office look pairing the tights with a pink roll-neck top, a short fitted skirt, and a pair of pink glossy courts. Both outfits allowed the thigh band to be glimpsed beneath the hemline, which she considers the key visual appeal of the product.

The main caution Chiara raises is durability during dressing: because the yarn is so fine and the tights are not heavily elasticated, they must be put on very carefully, ideally with moisturiser or a fabric glove to guide them up the leg. She recommends pairing them with lighter, floatier skirts and dresses that move and allow the embroidered band to show intermittently. Overall her verdict is positive, particularly for evening wear, appreciating the balance between a sheer, delicate construction and the decorative embroidered detail at the thigh.
