The stockings arrived ordered through Amazon, though Chiara notes the packaging left something to be desired: they came with nothing more than a large label stuck directly onto the plastic sleeve. Once open, her first impression was strongly positive. The fabric felt very soft straight out of the packaging, and the hold-up band at the top is described as both very wide and thick, exactly what she had been looking for.
At 15 denier these are a sheer, lightweight stocking. Chiara observes that they veil the leg without hiding it, giving what she describes as a clean, uniform appearance from top to toe. The sheerness also means they hold no warmth at all, which she found comfortable given the conditions during filming. The stockings have a shaped foot and a reinforced toe area visible on the underside.

In terms of hold, Chiara is emphatic: the stockings stayed completely in place throughout the review, with no movement to the front or back. She notes she had only a little difficulty getting them to sit at exactly the same height on both legs, but once on they did not budge. This she attributes to the wide, silicone-lined band.
She tried the stockings with two outfits. The first was an all-black combination: black dress, black stockings, black shoes, which she felt elongated the leg. The second was a deliberately festive look with a red balloon skirt and a green top, where she felt the sheer black leg worked well as a neutral link between bold colours. In both cases she was satisfied with how the stockings looked.
On value, Chiara acknowledges the Falke Seidenglatt is not a budget product, with a recommended retail price of around 26 euros, which she estimates is roughly five times the cost of comparable low-cost alternatives. Her personal reasoning is that she tends to destroy hosiery very quickly and finds cheaper pairs rarely survive more than one or two wears, making the investment worthwhile for her. She states she would buy them again and would consider trying other colours if available.
Her overall verdict is one of strong recommendation. The combination of the wide hold-up band, the soft handle, the clean sheer appearance on the leg, and the reliable grip during wear makes these stockings a purchase she considers well worth repeating.
