Putting them on, Marla finds them soft and easy to pull up. The suspender band sits neatly on the thigh and she appreciates the heart detail as a decorative touch both from the front and the back. The pronounced toe seam, which looked concerning before wearing, turns out not to cause any irritation even when walking.

On the question of weight, Marla is consistent throughout the review: the stockings feel too heavy for summer wear, and because they are open at the top they would also let cold air in during winter. Her recommendation is autumn or spring as the ideal season. She also points out the synthetic fabric as a contributing factor, suggesting that a cotton blend might have broadened their seasonal range.

Marla tries the stockings with two different outfits, an animal-print dress and a floral skirt with a white top, and is more satisfied with the second combination.
